Vector Consulting,<\/a> (Vector) is the largest Theory of Constraints (TOC) Consulting firm in India. Vector leverages TOC to help its clients manage supply change capabilities to gain a competitive edge. Their clients are large, manufacturing conglomerates in India.<\/p>\n

The Challenge:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vector had a large repository of knowledge that it was disseminating through case studies. These case studies were in the form of documents and PowerPoints. It was hard to convey all this information to potential clients (C-suite execs) who had limited time and attention spans.<\/p>\n

How would Vector convey complex information in an engaging, quick manner to show these execs the benefits they could derive from implementing TOC?<\/p>\n

The Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Converting these long and boring case studies into engaging videos that would make the never-easy-to-impress C-suite exec sit up and take notice.<\/p>\n

Ripple Animation’s Approach:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We created a series called The Counter Point Series. Each episode would shatter an existing widely held management myth through step by step analysis. For example, Management By Objectives is considered a best practice. But is it?<\/p>\n

In addition to counterpoint, we also created a series of Customer Testimonials where we focused on life before and after TOC for large manufacturing conglomerates.<\/p>\n

Finally, we created a video simply explaining the concept of TOC. This video got wide international acclaim in the TOC world and our client began to be considered a thought leader in the TOC space. The process was collaborative and the founder of Vector, spent a lot of time with us to ensure that the messaging was accurate and on point.<\/p>\n
